I'm planning to start Instagram. What's the best plan?
Should I create a brand new account with my phone/email? or should I use my old account which I didn't use for 2-3 years (it has some posts & followers)?
And, it'll be my 2nd account, so I should be OK using 2 accounts in my phone, correct?
