As said there is a lot of different variables. Consider the amount of likes, the amount of fake followers, the amount of likes/engagements each posts actually gets. Depending on these factors is what determines the true value. There is no value in a 100k page if only 10 people like each status.

in theory PBNs are better because you get a link from the homepage where most of the authority is. But if the PBN is crap you might be better off going for a guest post... unless the guest posting site is crap, too, at which point it's a coin flip :)
